Called Russian style as they have egg whites as well and used as a dessert in Russia called Zefirs. Made with cane sugar and cane syrup and the addition of ground cashew nuts, coconut and cocoa nibs (pure cocoa bean ground) these have more of a reverse rocky road and have an amazing texture. The only one that is not as good on top of hot chocolate due to the crunch texture but makes a great s'more
