Named after one of our first kitchen guys named Carlos, this chocolate bar uses 55% (which Katherine normally does not like except this one particular brand) from Hawaii (the only state in the US that can produce chocolate beans) is a slightly smoky sweeter chocolate with a softer texture, honey powder and toasted peanuts. Kind of a take on a honey roasted peanut in dark chocolate.
