Named after the aged red wine vinegar in Italy that has a sweet and smoky flavor. This is added to the butter and cane sugar along with Argon oil (Moroccan almonds that taste more like hazelnut and walnut), Columbian 65% dark chocolate and dried figs. The result is a very creamy chocolate “fig newton” . Enrobed in 72% this is a great choclate with cheese courses or with butter cookies.. No milk but does contain dairy. Not good for nut allergies and may contain sulfites.
