Bored with the typical coffee and tea truffles, we developed a tea truffle using Yerba Mate, a Brazilian and South American tea with very smoky green tea notes. To it is added Texas honey (Zip Code Honey; for it’s location designated bee hives ), fresh lemon. This is the chocolate that is known as “everyone’s chocolate” meaning that being dark, sweet and clean, it will work for all ages and all taste buds.
